Upcoming intensive courses
There are no courses scheduled at the moment. Please come back later to see when you can follow an intensive course with us.
Why intensive?
We currently offer online intensive Dutch courses for people who want to learn Dutch quickly, would like to immerse themselves fully in the Dutch language, don’t have time for a weekly course or would simply like to learn Dutch during the weekend or holidays!
This course has a maximum of 6 participants, which ensures you get the most out of it. You get a lot of time to speak, whilst learning from classmates who have other questions and experiences.
What will I learn?
Level A0 to A1
In this beginner’s course you will learn the basics of Dutch. Starting off with talking about yourself and having small, everyday conversations. Alongside the general homework, you will be given practical assignments to immediately put your new knowledge into practice. Read more here.
Level A1 to A2
This course continues where the beginner’s course ended. After having learned the basics and the most important sentence structures, we will continue with more complex situations and get used to talking about events in the past, present and future. Alongside the general homework, you will be given practical assignments to immediately put your new knowledge into practice. Read more here.
A2 to B1 part I
You will become familiar with having discussions, talking about general topics and expressing your opinion about these topics. In class we also discuss your daily encounters and challenges with Dutch and integrate news items so you can talk to colleagues and friends about current affairs. Themes discussed will partly depend on your own input into the course. Also, this course follows up with more complex sentences and all verb tenses. Read more here.
Online or offline?
Both courses can be offered either on-line or off-line, or as a mix or a hybrid class. This will be decided based on the preference of the students and the teacher. After applying we set up an intake meeting. During the intake meeting we discuss your goals and expectation for the course and we assess your level. If you have any questions, we can also answer them in that conversation.
