What will I learn?
This course continues where the Beginner’s course stops. After having learned the basics and the most important sentence structures, we will continue with more complex situations and get used to talking about events in the past, present and future. Alongside general homework, you will be set practical assignments to immediately put your new knowledge into practice.
Themes you will be able to talk about: how you spend your free time and holidays or trips you went on, talking about the recent and distant past, personality, going to the doctor, your school/work experiences and tasks at work.
Each class has a maximum of 8 participants, which ensures you get the most out of it. The teacher provides personal feedback, you get a lot of time to speak and simultaneously you learn from classmates who have other questions and experiences.
Evening classes & morning classes
We offer this course in the evenings and mornings. For those who work during office hours, we start after 17:00 and alternate the starting time every week: one week you have class at 17:15 and the other week at 19:30. For those who are not tied to an office job, we also offer morning classes.
On-line or off-line?
Our courses can be offered either on-line or in the classroom/hybrid class. During the application process you can give your preference. After applying we set up an intake meeting. During the intake meeting we discuss your goals and expectation for the course and we assess your level. If you have any questions, we can also answer them in that conversation.
