What will I learn?
Beginners I (A0 to A1)
In this course for beginners, you will learn the basics of Dutch. Starting off with talking about yourself and having small, everyday conversations. Alongside general homework, you will receive practical assignments to immediately put your new knowledge into practice.
You will specifically become familiar with themes such as: introducing yourself, making appointments, placing an order in a bar or restaurant, talking about your weekend plans, talking about celebrations, shopping at various shops.
Beginners II (A1 to A2)
This course continues where the Beginner’s course stops. After having learned the basics and the most important sentence structures, we will continue with more complex situations and get used to talking about events in the past, present and future. Alongside general homework, you will be set practical assignments to immediately put your new knowledge into practice.
Themes you will be able to talk about: how you spend your free time and holidays or trips you went on, talking about the recent and distant past, personality, going to the doctor, your school/work experiences and tasks at work.
Each class has a maximum of 8 participants, which ensures you get the most out of it. The teacher provides personal feedback, you get a lot of time to speak and simultaneously you learn from classmates who have other questions and experiences.

This is a semi-intensive course with 2 lessons per week
For 6 weeks on Tuesday + Thursday
or Monday + Wednesday
Time: 19:30-21:30 and 17:15-19:15 (interchanging)
